Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We offer contactless self check-in via secure lockboxes at 260 Spencer Street, allowing you to arrive seamlessly at any time after 3:00 PM without waiting for a host.

Our 3-Bedroom Sky Residence on Level 39 includes 1 complimentary secure on-site parking space inside the West Side Place complex. For our 2-Bedroom Residence on Level 35, secure commercial parking is available directly across Spencer Street at Southern Cross Station.
