What are the standard check-in and check-out times?↓
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We offer contactless self check-in via secure lockboxes at 260 Spencer Street, allowing you to arrive seamlessly at any time after 3:00 PM without waiting for a host.
Is free parking included with the reservation?↓
Our 3-Bedroom Sky Residence on Level 39 includes 1 complimentary secure on-site parking space inside the West Side Place complex. The 2-Bedroom Residence does not include parking; public parking garages operate nearby.
What amenities and facilities do guests have access to?↓
All guests enjoy access to West Side Place Level 6 facilities, including the 25-metre heated indoor lap pool, fully equipped gymnasium, steam room, sauna, private cinema, virtual golf, and landscaped outdoor terraces. Guests in the 3-Bedroom Sky Residence also enjoy exclusive access to Level 11 Sky Residences amenities including a sky pool and club lounges.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are accommodated whenever possible depending on incoming and outgoing cleaning schedules. Please message us prior to your arrival date, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Havenly Escape is situated directly opposite Southern Cross Station, Melbourne's central transport interchange. The Melbourne Airport SkyBus terminal is just across the street, and multiple Free Tram Zone routes (Lines 86, 96, 11, 12, 109) stop immediately outside the building.

To preserve a peaceful, luxury environment for all residents and guests, strictly no parties, loud events, or unauthorized overnight guests are permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
